How to make a Spirulina Lassi Mug
From my ebook “cocktails and superfoods”
the Supergreen drink rich in flavours and packed with health benefits!
I have tried a few cocktails with Spirulina at home before
realising that alcohol should not be involved here!!
Exactly! As mentioned several times, there is no such a better pairing than adding Spirulina organic powder to one of my seasonal cocktails completely low in alcohol!
Following the booming trend of this ingredient and its known potential benefits, I have bought my very first package of Naturya Spirulina powder to experiment a series of drinks that could be featured on one of my next creations, eventually on the next cocktail menu at the bar at the Ritz, where I work as a bartender!
I have also found an ancient recipe of a traditional Lassi drink, from the Indian cuisine, a refreshing summery yogurt based delight!
Mixed all things together and here we are… served in a fancy ceramic mug!!
With a reasonable budget, you can make it yourself too!
