In the last period we are thinking about how to produce contents that could perfectly match and meet as much as possible the trends of the moment, in which we firmly believe, and above all – we like to think that in this case we are in front, not just a trend that affects a large part of the population – but we are at the door of a real revolution of what are our eating habits, of the ever more alive consciousness that what we eat every day with meals, is undoubtedly the only source of health and well-being, as well as the secret of an increasingly limpid psychological health, less stress and higher awareness of one’s own means! are you ready to join us?
The great challenge of the barman:
The greatest challenge for those who prepare drinks professionally or for their guests at home, is to better satisfy the tastes of their guests, anticipate their requests and try as much as possible to amaze with them, never being banal and playing our creations ! also experimenting the craziest garnishes or decorations and using fantastic and shiny glassware!
Keeping up with the new era, playing with awesome ingredients:
Many of us love to play with the great classic cocktails and add a touch of personal creativity! this technique is called “twist on classics” that is, remaining faithful to the great cocktails created by the great masters of the past and make them more “singular” with additions of infusions, bitters or liquors of new trend.
Our rule of singularity is to add ingredients that have a certain nutritional value, a good protein intake, and a creativity that spouses as much as possible the theme of superfoods! is the case of the now popular “spirulina” – this magic potion precious source of vitamins, iron and calcium (taken regularly it winks at those who carry out a vegan diet), Certainly spirulina is a precious source of protein, at sam weight we notice 70% more essential fatty acids than those naturally contained in fish.
Why choosing spirulina?
Without a doubt for the presence of awesome amount of nutrients to be found for the first time in a cocktail. adding a teaspoon of spirulina to a yogurt can create a nice mix of green, and give life to a green and attractive GRASSHOPPER (classic and popular cocktail) able to amaze our guests at the bar! without any artificial colors!

As promised here is a twist on classic Grasshopper cocktail! we changed the original recipe that sees in equal parts the use of mint cream, milk cream, and cocoa white liqueur;
1-an excellent soya yogurt will help me to create my grasshopper cocktail, so it will have a vegan spirit
2- We have prepared a Spirulina Lassi (click here to learn more about Lassi) to replace the whipped cream featured in the classic well known grasshopper and make the recipe moreover “vegan” and “plant based” … we then added the cocoa liqueur, and shaken in the classical way and as usual we used our new photo shoot at home, and the talented Marcella stylized with her great creativity a breathtaking photographic scene!
The Dedycated project unites our desire (Domenico and Marcella) to create a great community of lovers of good cocktails with new ideas given by the superfoods and the new generation of nutritional facts in common recipes of classic food.
