Photographing on a cloudy afternoon and eating healthy has never felt so good!! we tried shooting a flat image and it worked very well, we believe 🙂

Hey guys!! wonderful to be here writing about another healthy creation!
Summer is over here in London, but we still have a bunch of red blood tomatoes and some market sourced veggies, to be squeezed in something that is not “wintery” at all!!! we must admit it has been a great summer and we keep the momentum with a refreshing lunch!!
We worked out this healthy gazpacho after just having tried a similar one in Malaga, months ago, when we discovered the Andalusian cuisine for the first time!! we believe it really matches the taste and the healthy living that both of us are carrying on iin these days !!( read about our trip to Malaga in April) !!
Nostalgic for the summer sunshine we like to play a little with the ingredients we have and having added a personal twist to it, this is a magic result!
Blend all these ingredients together at high speed!
– Steamed first peeled tomatoes
– Cucumber half
-1 garlic wedge
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 tablespoons of vinegar
I added turmeric and replaced the white bread with “rude health” turmeric and oat biscuits. Organic apple vinegar
The color has come a little more orange.
hope Some of you that are still in the hot sunshine can add some ice cubes and some vodka to a wonderful cocktail !! Good idea?? just let us know 🙂
